Frosty's Playhouse Clan now accepting Applications!

The -FP- Clan is a 18 and over clan! Most of the members are between 18 and 50 years old. We are a mature group of individuals that enjoy playing with similar players.

The -FP- Clan consists of several members playing a variety of online games.

The number one rule of the -FP- clan, is to have fun. Although it's nice to win the game, to us, having fun is more important. We are strong believers in the old saying 'It's not whether you win or lose, but how you play the game'.

Unlike most traditional clans, -FP- does not use a rank system. We have found that, although members like to move their way up through the ranks, they often abuse their status. This comes in the form of users 'pulling rank' on other members and 'ordering' them around. This can create a tense environment and distracts from the fun.

What Frosty's Playhouse Clan is:

A group of players that enjoy playing Online Computer Games as much as we do

A 'social' group of players that want to have fun

A group of players with similar, positive attitudes

Players that use skill to play the game

Players that can work together as a team

Players with good sportsmanship

What Frosty's Playhouse Clan is not:

A place for member that want to move their way up in a clan

Excessively competitive players

Players with no skill whatsoever - Although you don't have to be a great player to join the clan, we don't want players that feel the use of tracking weapons require skill.

Whiners - Nothing ruins a game more than players constantly whining about one thing or another.

Bossy and/or rude players

Hackers - Frosty's Playhouse Clan and Servers will not tolerate any players hacking! Hackers will be booted from the game and their names added to a list of hackers available to all game Admins. Clan members caught hacking will be removed from the clan on any offense. No warnings or second chances when it comes to hackers.

For those individuals that are interested in joining the -FP- Clan, this post will help to explain the process.

The first step is to read through the information on the Main Page of this Website. This will provide you with a little information about who we are and what our Clan is about. You should not apply for our clan if you are currently in another clan.

Once reading through the information, submit a Join Request on the website. This can be found in the menu on the upper left portion of the website, just click the Join Us link. Complete this form with as much information as possible. If you have X-FIRE, please include this information.

After we receive your Join Request, a post is created in a locked forum. Only current -FP- Clan Members have access to this forum. Here, all of the information that was submitted on your Join Request is available to the -FP- Members. This lets all of the Clan Members know that you are interested in joining, and provides a little background information.

Now that the Members are aware of your interest in joining, they will watch for you in the servers. This will give them the opportunity to join you in a game and observe your behavior, game play skills, team skills, etc. Quite often, FP Members will join a game using an undercover name instead of their -FP- Clan name. This allows them to evaluate you without you knowing that you are being watched. This gives us a better idea of your true personality and game playing skills. Players that know that they are being watched often behave differently than those not being watched.

Once a Member has played with you enough to feel they can provide an accurate evaluation, they will post this information in the forum. At this point, they will also be given the opportunity to place a vote on whether they feel that you would be a good fit for the -FP- Clan or not.

Here are some of the things that they will be looking for:

* Maturity Level - We are a mature Clan and only want Members that conduct themselves in a mature manner.
* Following Server Rules and Rules of Engagement - It is imperative that Members follow the Server Rules and the RoE in the game.
* Teamwork - We like to work as a team. We don't want a bunch of players that feel they can go off on their own all the time and try to finish the map by themselves.
* Attitude - Attitude is very important to us. Again, we are a mature Clan. How you handle yourself in the server tells us a lot about you.
* Game Skills - We have members of varying skill levels in the Clan. While skill is not in the top qualifications for joining the Clan, you must have some skills and not be a complete noob.

What to do once you have submitted your Join Request:

* Spend as much time as possible in our servers. The best servers to be evaluated in are the Lethal and TSS Lethal servers.
* Be sure to use the same name in the game as on your Join Request. If they are different, please let us know. We can't evaluate you if we don't know who you are.

The amount of time it takes to process an application depends on how quickly votes are cast. Usually, the more time you spend in the servers, the faster the process goes since more Members will have the chance to play with you and voice their opinion.

We try to get back to you with a decision within a minimum of 14 days, and will notify you via the email address submitted on the Join Request.
